Chicken thigh stuffed with girolles and a parfait sandwich of milk bread crouton are the stars of our new first course. On the side, fresh peach, peach ketchup and a poached mushroom. Delicious and a touch decadent but never over-powering, this is a lovely way to follow our welcome snacks and precede your main course.
