A little bit a about me that some of you don’t know: A day like today 13 years ago, I took a bus upstate New York, to be specific to Alfred, New York with the hopes to never give up on my dreams. Many people said that I was naive for not pursuing a more stable career like law, or medicine because I had the grades and graduated high school years early. From the time I can remember I knew that food was the only thing that moves my heart in unmeasurable ways. After culinary arts, came business school and jobs I could only dream of.
