On Friday I was invited to DJ at a night called Karachi to Bombay - I didn’t really know what to expect but had a fkn fabulous time - and was super excited by the Qawali singer #shujaatalikhan singing over the top of a house set DJ’d by @omegashahrukh accompanied by a live Dhol drum. This film doesn’t really capture how incredibly good it actually was - this meeting of tradition and beats crossing cultures and vibes - worked so well together.
