⠀ #Pici with silky roasted bell pepper sauce ⁠✨⠀ ⁠⠀ Summer is still here! Even if just for a couple of days (at least on this hemisphere). ⠀ I know, I know! We’ve all had enough of scorching heat and not being able to stand close to a stove, let alone cook anything. ⁠⠀ But now, now is the time when we can fully appreciate the season ✨ When days are still sunny but a fresh breeze starts to sneak in through the window. When new exciting produce are landing on the market stalls, yet summer ones are still abundant and we strongly want to ⁠hold on to them ✨⠀ ⁠⠀ With that in mind, I've decided to make good use of some bell peppers. A lot of bell peppers. Indeed, while this recipe is for about 2 servings, I actually prepared much more of the sauce, portioned it and then froze it.
