This t-shirt comes with a story. It’s a culmination of what good food means to me. Most times I say it’s home, because the first farmer I knew was my father - who remains dedicated to his farm and it’s his expression of who he is (check frame 3&4). I have had the opportunity to visit many places, where their version of good food means home or comfort or love. But also my work on food security has shown me that good food is often not a choice. There’s currently millions of people facing starvation, separated from their homes, impacted by climate change, and without the means to afford even a meal a day. The story of the shirt is wrapped in the story of the urgency to act so that we can achieve #goodfood4all Frame 5&6 are moments captured in Sierra Leone, in a fishing district.
