FINALLY made my way to the best Filipino restaurant in town 🇵🇭 Together with my homie @jaieats - I finally got to eat and drink over at @kulturacharleston. If you recall, I did a pop up with them and @kaya.orlando during @chswineandfood this past year for a traditional Kamayan. What I didn’t tell you is that Chef @nikko_cagalanan and the team at Kultura are @beardfoundation finalists so obviously everything we ate and drank tonight was amazing. If you’re ever in CHS I highly suggest going. My favorite was the arroz caldo - it’s a dish that was the most nostalgic to me. Really cool news is that they’ll be moving to a new space in the coming weeks and I can’t wait to see what they do in a bigger space (with a liquor license)! Which one of these dishes would you crush?
