He brings the same intensity to his musical life, where since retirement he has made a name for himself as a DJ and heavyweight collector in partnership with his musical brother in arms Kavus Torabi. Kavus has also created a distinctive space for himself in the musical universe as part of the much-missed Cardiacs, Guapo and his own project Knifeworld. He also records with Steve as The Utopia Strong.
