It’s definitely something I’m familiar with. With Simona I started losing/shedding at 4 weeks PP! I was determined to do things differently this time around. Of course everyone is different but I also didn’t have the resources or tools that I do now. Below is what’s working for me. I’m heading into 13 weeks PP and haven’t lost any hair yet. - Red Light Therapy @biolight.shop 3+ times a week I have my very own at home and it’s incredible for some many things but especially hair growth stimulation/regeneration.
