Still thinking about all the amazing noodle dishes I got to eat this past Saturday at @santaanitapark. Like @estranothings hand pulled noodles with mushrooms and boba (!!!), @starrykitchen’s insanely buttery tsukemen noodles, my favorite pad Thai in LA right now courtesy of @radna_silom, and both of @zef.bbq’s noodle dishes. I also learned that @evil_cooks makes an incredibly delicious version of orange chicken and @picnicsandwich’s vodka sauce is straight 🔥🔥🔥. (And @lobsterdamus doesn’t need my praise... they sold more noodles than anybody!) if you ever get a chance to try any of these noodles at one of their pop ups I strongly suggest you jump at the chance.
