🚨COACHING REBRAND 🚨 After months of working on this concept behind the scenes, I’m excited to officially announce that @agfitnessllc my coaching business is being renamed Today Not Tomorrow (TNT) 🙏🏼 I’ve been in the online coaching space for a little over 4 years now and through working with over 250 amazing clients, I’ve realized this: fitness is bigger than just one person and fitness is more than simply lifting weights. For this reason, I no longer feel that my name is best suited to represent what I am trying to create as everything I’m doing is more about the movement of change than my own personal ego. Fitness is a vessel for positive change in one’s life. Attacking your fitness goals head-on is more than just trying to hit a new bench press PR or seeing a certain number on the scale. Fitness, to me, is symbolic of having the courage to break the cycle of procrastination in your life, showing up powerfully for yourself, and evolving into a better you... Today Not Tomorrow. Sure - you can wait to start taking action but you are just delaying the inevitable and increasing your mental resistance towards getting started day by day. My vision for TNT is to create a tribe of individuals who aren’t afraid to take action, who aren’t afraid to take risks, and who aren’t afraid of failing along their path to success. A tribe which lives by the motto “TNT” to silence the voice in their head telling them to delay, to quit, to give up, and to be less than they were created to be.
