With my sculpture work I seek to explore dimensionality, texture, and color through the use of dried plants, live flora, and unconventional matter. And by using botanical materials with the intention to express a vision of fantasy, transporting the viewer to a new world. A world that is dreamlike environment of my childhood home in Honduras. My upbringing in a lush, tropical bioreserve informs my aesthetic, and the essence of @rosalila.nyc Thank you so much @madmuseum @eauther @sarah_bedford_ & Team for creating space for me and supporting me to realize this vision into reality.
