I know burpees suck but they are good for you. It’s a phenomenal way to increase your body weight muscular endurance as well as cardiovascular endurance. The @sasquatchstrength challenge was to complete 2024 burpees in the month of January 2024. I did it in 8 days. Start date January 8th End date January 15th Day 1. 220 Day 2. 220 Day 3. 220 Day 4. 240 Day 5. 260 Day 6. 280 Day 7. 320 Day 8. 300 Each day I dedicated no more than an hour to complete as many burpees as I could. As the days went by I was able to complete more within the hour. My conditioning progressively improved over the course of 8 days. Completing this challenge takes mental fortitude. Train your mind to be a winning mindset. 🏆
