Holiday Lunches - Salmorra!!! The perfect spot and a new dish to me. Salmorra is a version of the Bullit De Peix but the fish is lightly brined and cooked in the salted water with sofritto then finished with parsley salsa verde. Unassuming it may be, the proprietors are the fishermen, cooks and restauranteurs all in one. Following the fish comes the Arroz Banda. Scampi was epic in too, larger pincers and cooked perfectly. And the best water I’ve had the pleasure swimming in so far. (Minus Formentera)
