FAKE FOOD. On a flight home last night the airline offered me a bag of free chips.These are all the ingredients in the bag. There must be over 50 ingredients...preservatives, chemicals, additives, coloring and fake sh#t to make one single chip. HUH? This is my opinion and you don’t have to agree with me but these companies should be flipping ashamed of themselves. This isn’t food. It’s economics. This is fake food designed to be addictive, taste good and last on the shelves for many years without going bad. Real food goes bad in a few days. Simple math. And it’s far from free. The medical bills and medicine many will need down the road will have real costs...both financially and emotionally. These food should have warning labels on them. I’m serious: THIS HAS BASICALLY NO NUTRITIONAL VALUE. IT’S DESIGNED WITH THE CHEAPEST INGREDIENTS POSSIBLE. MANY OF WHICH WERE MADE IN A LAB. WHILE THIS TASTES GOOD WE DONT GIVE A F#CK HOW IT IMPACTS YOUR HEALTH. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK. #FakeFood #FakeFriday
