Kendrick Lamar - Section 80 came out 10 years ago today! At the time I was living in LA collaborating with RZA from Wutang. We did numerous songs together (some of which I still haven’t released). I was this young kid who wanted to know about all the up and coming rappers. I met Kendrick in ‘07, we stayed in touch and he hit me as he was working on a record for his upcoming Album Section 80 which he wanted RZA on. I sent over some vocals and it became track 7 ‘Ronald Reagan Era’ which he shouted me in an Interview with @complex 🙏🏼
