Ingredients 1 box Pillsbury Hot Rolls Mix 4-5 sticks mozzarella string cheese, cut into 26 1-inch pieces 1⁄4 cup Mezzetta® Artisan Ingredients® Basil Pesto An assortment of your favorite Mezzetta® products, to decorate Fresh rosemary sprigs, to garnish Your favorite Mezzetta® pasta sauce, warmed for dipping INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Prepare the box of Pillsbury Hot Rolls Mix according to the package instructions for pizza crust or bring a 1lb. ball of store-bought pizza dough to room temperature. 3. With oiled hands, pinch off a 2 tablespoon size portion of the dough, flatten out in your hands slightly and place one cube of mozzarella strings cheese in the center. Gather the dough together, pinch to seal and roll into a smooth ball. Repeat this process until you have 26 dough balls total. 4. On the parchment lined baking sheet, place the dough balls in the shape of a Christmas tree starting with 2 balls side by side for the trunk, then 6 dough balls, then 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and then 2 then 1. 5. Brush all but the trunk with the Mezzetta® Artisan Ingredients® Basil Pesto and decorate your tree all over with your favorite Mezzetta® products as ornaments. Don’t forget to put a star on top! 6. Transfer to the oven to bake for 10-12 minutes or until the dough balls are puffy and golden brown. 7. Place on a large platter and garnish place pieces of fresh rosemary around the tree to garnish and serve with warmed Mezzetta® pasta sauce for dipping. 8. Enjoy!
