Dancing has been my escape, my happy place, my healing, my joy for almost my entire life. When I started my business in 2018, I deprioritized dance so I could focus on my business. I recently began taking class again with encouragement from my dance friends and I didn’t realize how tough it would be for me to literally get my groove back. I forgot what it felt like to move and let my body be confident and free. Slowly getting that back... one step at a time.
