I got a rhinoplasty a couple years ago and my nostril completely collapsed. After having two surgeries to try and fix it I still felt self conscious. I've begged @dennismcruz to "fix my nose" in photos but he politely refused. Over time I've grown to realize I seem to be the only one to fixate on it. I'm learning that my own insecurities prevent me from experiencing so much.
