Protein balls for hormone health! Personally I REALLY struggle to eat in the morning so having these on hand makes it super easy for me to get protein/carbs before my workout! 112g sprouted quick oats 4 servings whey protein powder (I like AGN roots) 6 tbsp nut butter (96g) 12 dates Water I personally do this by soaking my dates in hot water for a few minutes, then blending with my hand blender to make date caramel. In a big bowl I’ll mix all of the other ingredients (minus water) along with date caramel until combined. Depending on if you used vegan protein or whey, the amount of water is different! SLOWLY pour water in, until it is a dry but sticky consistency. (Measure so you know for next time!) Roll into 12 balls, store in fridge!
