Social media can be a difficult place to navigate at the best of times- it can make us doubt ourselves, make us feel inadequate, make us feel pangs of jealousy & bitterness that our lives don't look like the carefully curated, picture perfect images on our feed. But we are better than that.. it's 2023 and we need to leave that toxic and unhealthy comparison culture in the past- at the end of the day flowers are pretty but so are sunsets and they look nothing alike! Just because your life doesn't look the same as your favourite influencers on Instagram doesn't mean it is any less beautiful or special! Let's make this year the year we show ourselves some real kindness- as well as being happy for those around us to thrive and succeed 🥹♥️ Variety is the spice of life and we're all striving for different things- and while we're doing that we should be flying the flag for other women too. Because don't forget, we rise by lifting others ✨ Be that person that spreads joy on social media. Comment lovely things on peoples pages, share a small business, like peoples posts, tell a celeb you like her range, leave 🔥 emojis under your pals pictures, repost someone's just giving link! Gas people up!! Be that change we want to see on social media- sprinkle love, light and kindness everywhere like confetti and watch more blessings come your way! 😂♥️ We should be lifting each other up and cheering each other on, not trying to outshine one another.
