Flying by the seat of my pants lately...emotionally, mentally and physically. Who knew stress could actually cause you to throw out your back when you sneeze?! Or maybe it’s that I’m 39. I’m trying desperately to see the beauty/humor/and joy in the small every day things. But it’s really freaking hard.
