To set and achieve goals we talk about where we want to see change, why it’s important to us, understand why we do the things we do, learn new strategies, and execute!!! We never pass on an opportunity to talk about set backs or celebrate victories! This is how we keep it real. This is how we keep is honest. This is how we learn accountability and self awareness. 💛 It was aextra special to share a group experience with my beautiful & spirited niece, Shae. She brought her youthful energy and insight to our conversation and I will always encourage her to show kindness and use her voice! She is looking forward to our special event this Wednesday. It was also beans first group since diagnosed with an enlarged heart & congestive heart failure. ❤️ We all took turns carrying him so he was not left out . Talk about team work! We leave no member behind, even our therapy animals! I love this groups compassion and patience with each other.
