THE SELF🪞 3/3 of the work I created with @studiorikversteeg for a new project called SENSITIVE OBSCURITIES, showcased at @roodkapje_rotterdam right now. For this project Rik invited me, along with 4 other queer artists to take a dive into our subconscious, exploring themes that are personal to us and transforming them into art through different formats like photography, video footage and more. This final piece was inspired by having a disturbed self-image. Nothing feels quite right, the proportions are off, you feel as if there is something inherently wrong with you. The opening of SENSITIVE OBSCURITIES was a big succes!!
