Open your heart, even when its been betrayed ❤️‍🩹 Lean Back & remember your Faith 🙏🏼 That you are deeply loved & held by God 🫂 On the days following YOM KIPPUR - Day of Atonement/Repentence/Forgiveness, I always take time to take into account the past year, the grudges from others that may be lodged in, or the disappointment in my self that is also weighing heavy and I repeat my mantra: They did their best, forgive and release the rest I truly did my best, so I forgive myself & release the rest Because holding a grudge doesn’t make us stronger, it weighs us down making us heavy and bitter. Forgiving contrary to belief doesn’t make you weak, and it doesn’t necessary mean the actions of those who we forgive are acceptable, but because you are giving FORward yourself the opp to have peace, to let go & move on! On Yom Kippur (YK), we traditionally FAST for 24hrs - to challenge ourselves, to empty ourselves out & make space for the NEW of the New Year. On YK, we are offered the opportunity to correct our misdeeds and elevate ourselves beyond the illusory world. On YK, we say all the neg. things we did, & remove the shame or guilt we carried. B/c all the neg. you say, actually draws the light into your vessel. Observe all your neg & say enough with that behavior, I am done with it Any neg energy that we have created through our thoughts, words or actions‚—in this year, in this lifetime, in previous lifetimes—can be cleansed as we connect to the beneficent Light of Binah. The energy of Binah is so powerful that it not only sloughs away our past negativity in the spiritual world, it also envelops us in joy/blessings for the coming year. Express our flaws Admit our imperfections Rejoice in the freedom to begin the new year w/out fear of failure Because we miss 100% of the chances we dont take That fear of failing (or success) often robs us of our life purpose being accomplished So go ahead into this new year with FULL TRUST & FAITH! Remember friends - when we FOR-GIVE we give forward the gift of healing. And when we LET GO - we make space to GROW!
