i'm not super sure what to say about this video, but setting up the camera and putting away a few more boxes helped me feel less alone and in my head. even these simple tasks feel overwhelming right now but that's reality sometimes, and i'm proud of what progress i made. i think my unglamorous reality, even in a "glamorous" apartment is hard to come to terms with and show to you guys. some of what i'm doing in the video might not make sense- i originally put this together as my own little form of therapy + a visual journal, but i hope it can make someone else feel less alone in their head tonight too
