"Shot on 35mm film, the visuals of She Always Wins are textured, tangible and rooted in Stella's perspective. The camera is always moving until the moment the couple realize that they aren't meant to be. We shot on 35mm because I wanted to create the most gorgeous, lush, picturesque version of this world possible and contrast it harshly with the growing tensions simmering just beneath the surface.
