Officially 11 weeks out from my first bodybuilding competition! Truth be told, after week 1 of prep I already have a new respect for the sport of bodybuilding. The amount of sacrifice, discipline & focus it’s going to take to become a champion in this sport is something special, hard to explain, but something I’m excited about. I’m a newbie to this sport, But.. I’m an athlete & I’m competitive. Very competitive.
