A time of change here at Portland as we bid a fond au-revoir but not farewell to Angelica as she heads off for maternity leave. Stepping into her shoes for now we are very lucky to have Denis moving from senior sous to head chef. And on the floor, Ilaria has become our GM - a wonderful achievement for a wonderful person who has been the beating heart of our Front of House team for over four years and began her career with us during lockdown packaging our Friday night delivery meals!
