1950s/60s weir high satin-lined reversible varsity jacket i’ve held onto this one for a while now but never given it a proper post. originally for the varsity of weirton, west virginia but found in colorado. as a black garment enjoyer and not a big fan of red, i’m still a sucker for the satin interior because of its incredibly rich colour .. it reminds me of special variant red interiors they used to put in old sports cars. i also love the variance in fade on the felt letters, an unintentional detail depicting the wear of time passed available at @baltimorevintageexpo this sunday 🖤
