Sheβs been alive for 25 years and powers a 48-hour sourdough fermentation that makes these pizzas unlike anything else in San Diego. Bubbly, healthy, and baked into every single pie.
They make dough every morning, stay two days ahead of the process, and let time do the work β which means major flavor + that perfect chewy-crisp crust weβre always chasing.
