What makes Bulgarian Split Squats such an excellent glute exercise? ⬇️ Because It targets the muscle (in the case our glutes) in it’s length and position. 

Exercises the target the muscles in their lengthened position do more damage to the muscle tissue than exercises that target a muscle in it’s shortened position. And we know that it’s when we breakdown the tissue in the gym and then recover that we grow our muscles. That’s why we wanna make sure the muscle gets enough stress to be broken down and built back up bigger and stronger. So that is why Bulgarian Split Squat is such a good exercise and should definitely be included in your training program!
