It’s been an amazing 2 years and 5 months with the best social media app @tiktok ⏰My first interview they asked if I had TikTok and I said I didn’t because it was true, now 2 years later I’m addicted to the app. In all honesty I didn’t think my interviews went great, I didn’t think I would get the job when I applied because of my lack of experience. Before TikTok I was working multiple jobs freelancing for small businesses and working as a bartender, cashier, barista both in NYC & ATX. I remember feeling so down that I didn’t get my dream job or a full time job right out of college, but I knew I was building my own business from the ground up @sustainthemag during all of this. It took me 2 years post grad to find a stable job with health insurance and I’m so glad I landed at TikTok, and the wonderful team that came with it. I will miss the people and so grateful for all that I learned in the sales/advertising tech space and beyond. A new chapter for me awaits and I’m both scared and excited 🫶🏼✨ If you feel your path isn’t going as planned just know something is out there and it will always make sense in the end 💕
