I’ve never been able to stick to a habit. I’m a “start strong” kinda gal and it’s hard for me to truly make something a habit. I read Atomic Habits and the concept of habit stacking really stuck. Combined with micro-commitments to myself, I’ve worked really hard over the past few years to build self trust and overcome my not-so-desirable tendencies. Of course it’s a work in progress, and I’m focused on self-compassion at the moment, but I’ve seen a big shift over the past few months in my ability to “stick to it”. These are some of the game changers for me, I’d love to know some of yours! How do I get that much protein? I use collagen - linked in my Amazon storefront (check my bio) to hit this as well as a whole lot of cottage cheese and Greek yogurt! I also love shaved thin deli meat and string cheese! Check out @lillieeatsandtells for good recipes. It took me a few months of consistency to see results, but it really worked and I couldn’t believe it!
