I waited my whole life for this moment 🥹😭 A moment where it felt like all paths of my existence converged and then collapsed into the knowing I had as a 4 year old girl - that I would be doing exactly this. Every moment before this one made perfect sense. In my youth I dreamed of being an artist. I would belt Christina Aguilera and imagine myself being on stage - crowd roaring, adrenaline pumping, dancing, sweating, feeling... I could imagine where I was headed with so much confidence. When I moved to Hollywood I went into the studio, guided by my ego, and allowed the mainstream world of music to try and mold me into the artist that they wanted me to be. Slowly I started losing the essence of who I really was. I would drink Crown Royal before singing to try and mask the gnawing feeling that something wasn’t right. Until I finally just let go of my dream. I was heartbroken... and I silenced my own voice entirely for years. When I started sound healing, I found a channel that allowed me to express myself. I remembered who I truly am, and dedicated myself to being of service with my voice rather than trying to prove that I was good enough. This path, led me to where I am now. After performing at ARKADIA I was overcooooome with emotion. I sobbed tears of joy. I really did it 🥹🥲 I am living my dream - writing my own music, performing on stage as an artist, and inspiring women to be true to their own voice.
