Went off the grid for the past two weeks because I just started my pre reqs for a master’s degree but I am happy to share that I walked for @maisonblanche.swiss for #nyfw ! @yannikzamboni is an amazing angel and human being from a similar solar system as moi who self describes themself as “anti fashion, vegan, feminist, he/they/she.” I am living for their mission and making a difference within the industry by always having a conceptual message behind their designs. When I went for the fitting, Yannik told me the green in the show and the belts worn as bondage over the mouth is a metaphor for the overturn of Roe V Wade, green being the color of protest, and the gag is that those who did not support a law to the rights of a womb carrier’s body the attempts to silence us. Thank you Yannik for being an advocate and using your art to channel your voice 💚 also congratulations on winning @makingthecut!
