My morning routine that I try my hardest to do everyday no matter where I am or how tired i am. Right now I only do 20 -25 minutes and it’s strictly to wake my self up. It took me years to realize how I feel when I don’t work out vs how I feel when I do. Coupled up with my @fiveminutejournal and my normal journaling while I get some vit D. Ps I hate mosquitoes they really ruin my outdoor routine 🙃
