PRODUCTS USED: @aavrani Pre-Shampoo Hair Oil $30 — pre-shampoo hair oiling is a great way to protect your hair if its weak and stiff/brittle/dry feeling from the cleaning agents in shampoos/hot water. I have been really enjoying this one. It has a nice blend of penetrating and coating oils. (Some oils are better able to penetrate below the cuticle than others.) @Dr. Groot Hair Thickening Shampoo $30 — this is a Korean brand I’ve recently been testing and loving! It’s been a bestseller in Korea for 7 years. It has a nice cooling tingly feeling on the scalp and cleanses my hair well! It contains caffeine to stimulate growth, along with biotin, prebiotics for the scalp microbiome and soothing panthenol, niacin amide, and arginine. *Caffeine is a quick absorbing vasodilator that helps promote microcirculation/blood flow to the scalp. It needs 2min to absorb into the skin before rinsing. 

@K18 Hair Leave in Molecule Repair Hair Mask $75 — It took me a while to come around to this product. I’ve now found the best way to make it work for my hair. I use shampoo, get out of the shower, apply the hair mask, wait 4 min and then go back into the shower and use conditioner or a hair mask. It works great for me this way! *Thanks for the tip @Abbey Yung @VT Cosmetics US Reedle Shot Hair Ampoule $30 — I am so happy VT came out wit this product!! Their Reedle Shot for the face works great on the scalp, but this new hair ampoule from them combines the reedle shot spicules WITH hair growth ingredients like caffeine, biotin, soothing centella asiatic, PDRN. Love, love, love this one. @Arey The System Supplement + Serum $100 — I knew Arey worked after seeing the impact it had on my mother-in-laws hair when I had her test these products out for me during COVID, because I didn’t have any grey hair at that time, but I never saw their true effect on myself until now! I found that grey hair and was so amazed to it had regimented!! I filmed a video on the spot to show you guys! This system is expensive..but it’s cool to see that with dedication it works. *NOTE: the brand says that 30% of greying is due to the gene IRF4 and 70% of greying in people is due to lifestyle, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal etc. Their products are able to help with the 70% so know it’s a commitment and may not work for you if you fall in that 30% with a genetic disposition.
