LOW RES TV FLASHBACK TIME! Twenty years ago I was a guest on 'Big Brother's Little Brother’ hosted by @dermotoleary. It was 2002, Big Brother was in its third series and massive. But my appearance has haunted me ever since because I thought I'd stepped over the line between humorously blunt and just plain rude with a Big Brother super fan. The show disappeared into the ether until a couple of days ago, when a brilliant Twitter account called 'Why Don’t Youtube', which specialises in obscure TV clips, posted that very episode. Now, having watched it for the first time in 20 years, in its full 240p glory, I can finally face the truth. And I don’t feel so bad anymore. But I can also see why I was never invited back.
