It’s not everyday you have 2 hours to spare for a strength workout💜
Here is a quick upper body & cardio workout that I actually really enjoyed and it pushed me!
Workout:
💜Assault Bike
▫️1 min full body, 1 min upper body only, 1min lower body only, 1 min full body - Repeat two times
💜Barbell Bent over Row 4x12 reps
💜Dumbbell Chest press 4x10-12 reps
💜Kettlebell Clean & Press 3x15 reps
💜Skip to 3 Full songs - 90 second break between each song (it’s fun try it!)
Hope you enjoy it and remember training should be enjoyable so don’t feel like you have to only do strength sessions, try something new💜
