One of the most valuable things I’ve ever been taught is how to meditate🧘🏼‍♀️I used to think I could never meditate because my mind was constantly racing and I struggle to sit still for long, UNTIL I learnt that the point of meditation isn’t to silence your thoughts, it’s to observe them💡🤯 Once you realise that you are the observer of your thoughts, and you practice consistently, you’ll start living intentionally and consciously instead of living on autopilot....Your mindset will change, your sleep will be better, you’ll have less stress & anxiety, more energy, and you’ll be happier & healthier💁🏼‍♀️ Everyone has time to meditate. You can even benefit from just 3 minutes per day!! There’s all different types, so just figure out what works best for you⚡️⚡️ and let me know if you’re going to give it a go! And yes that’s cellulite on my thigh, get over it🤘🏼
