PHARRELL & PHRIENDS 💙 • No matter what I capture I feel like it's important for me to express my gratitude and share my testimony. First I have to thank God for giving me through the Something in the Water the weekend. Having carpal tunnel in both arms had my physical strength at an all time low. I prayed so much and pushed myself so hard. This isn't to complain. It's to say that no matter if this was mine or your 1st, 5th, or 10th festival, you gotta capture it like it's your last. God could've made my arms and hands go numb. I could've passed out from the heat and cramps. Anything could've happened, but I'm still here. No matter how many opportunities I get I know any one of them could be my last. Tomorrow is not promised to anyone. The functioning of your limbs is a blessing in itself. I just pray to God I get to do this again and again... and again. I am grateful for an amazing and uplifting team lead by @aalisub 🤩🤗 I am grateful to have people in my corner who will put my name in rooms when I'm not even there. @shaughncooper @madenchynna 🥹💙 As quiet as it's kept, there's a rejection email in my inbox, but by that time I was already on the team. See how God works? Last but certainly not least, I'm grateful to capture the love that was on stage during this performance especially. The reunion of Clipse is not something I ever thought I'd have the opportunity to witness and photograph at the same time. I mean... these are legends. I gotta fan girl for a second to remind myself I'm still human and not a machine.
