Chef Jordan the new Culinary Director with Passmore Caviar, originally from Southern California and brings over 25 years of experience in his culinary arts and leadership to PASSMORE. He has worked alongside a host of celebrity chefs in award-winning eateries across North America. We are ecstatic to welcome him to the festival this year!
