2025 was the year of transformation for me. I thought it would be physical, looking a certain way, fixing what I thought was “wrong.” Instead, it came with acceptance. Letting my curls exist as they are. Healing the deepest heartbreak. Understanding my fear of abandonment and learning it comes from a wound, not my worth. Becoming less reactive, more grounded, more passionate about my purpose. In less than 90 days, we built and launched a new program (MOVE). I stepped into leadership. I faced my biggest fear - believing big on myself. I became Cycle Lead / Head Coach at RYDE I said yes to co-hosting my first retreat. I didn’t just change, I bloomed.
