Traditionally, gramigne is made with a yellow-green color to represent the grass of the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy from which it comes. Our house black-green version made with charred leeks is a nod to Chicago's skyscrapers and beautiful parks. Available for dinner Tuesday-Saturday.
