🌊 DAISY DARKER...the setting 🌊 Fun fact: most of the story in DAISY DARKER takes place at Seaglass, a crumbling gothic house on a tiny tidal island just off the Cornish coast. When I first sent the book to my agents & publishers, it contained hand drawn illustrations of the sea, scrabble letters & a floor plan of Seaglass, which I hoped might remind readers of playing Cluedo (or Clue in the US). Because they are the best publishers in the known universe, they let me have my illustrations (in my dark & twisty murder mystery) but they had a real artist draw them. And I love the end result!
