Story time!! We made it to this beach right before sunset, pulling wetsuits on and getting ready to jump in the freezing cold water. Given this was a campaign shoot we still had the video sequence to shoot before actually heading into the surf (I was not needed as I don’t know how to surf at all 😂) Mid shooting it suddenly starts to downpour- tiny drops of rain lit up by the golden light that was pouring through the clouds. Chaos erupted as we all took in the scene in front of us, better conditions than any of us had seen in our lives. If you have ever been around photographers you know how crazy we get when the light is good- this was insanity 😂 As the rain started to slow down and we calmed down a bit we turned around to witness the most wonderful surprise of our lives- a giant rainbow filling the sky 🌈 In that moment I couldn’t imagine how life could get any better than this 🥹 Looking back now I honestly think these are some of the best photos I have ever taken. I hope you guys love them as much as I do ♥️
