Aunt Laura’s Tomato Soup Recipe: 1 28 oz can San Marzano tomatoes 14 oz of water 2/3 c. elbow macaroni 5 oz can of evaporated milk 1 T butter Salt and lots of pepper Blend the tomatoes and combine them in a pan with water. Bring to a boil, then add the dried pasta. Simmer, stirring frequently, for about 30 mins to ensure the pasta is very soft. Add the butter, evaporated milk, and adjust the seasoning if needed.
