I am great a lot of things and naturally we want people to praise and celebrate those experiences. But part of my process is being able to show the other side, the process most don’t know about. The part where were vulnerable and willing to suck at something long enough to become good at it. BJJ has taught me a lot about humility and silencing the EGO because it has not place on the mat, just the work. Appreciate and embrace the process and the parts of yourself that you’re not so good at because that’s where opportunities lie. To be a wolf you gotta hang with other wolves!
