As promised tonight I’m doing the video about the spreadable meat I posted a couple of days ago. I can confidently say that I have recently been introduced to the most life-changing food item that I’ve had in a really long time- Nduja. Nduja is a spreadable sausage that originated in Southern Italy. I have never tried anything quite like the texture it almost melts in your mouth. I feel the most exciting thing about the Nduja is that it stays on every single bite. You know when you eat salami or prosciutto and all of the meat falls out the first bite.. that’s what I’m referring to 😩 I first tried it with my beloved croissant chips with a little bit of aged Gouda but if you all know anything about me I love to experiment 🤣 I then tried it with cucumber which was weirdly a super solid combo but then I got the idea of eating it on nori. I know it’s not the conventional way of eating it but when I tell you that this is going to be my new go to snack on rotation I mean I’m still mind blown as how perfectly the two go together 🥹 #charcuterieideas #tiktoktaughtme #nduja
