Balance 🤎 Today is day 4 of #PeaceAlover and we’re balancing our bodies and sharing how we balance the chaos of life with internal peace. 🤎
I did quite a few different balance poses preparing for this challenge. I realized that most poses require some form of balance - whether on one leg, hand, two hands, right and left, mind and body, body and breath, ease and effort - you get the idea. I ultimately decided to share this fun koundinyasana b variation. This is one of my favorite arm balances to transition through.
As for balancing the chaos of life with inner peace - that’s a work in progress. I’ve definitely gotten better at accepting that despite the level of chaos, things will always work out. I’m currently breathing through a level of chaos I can’t wrap my arms around. Instead of panic, I’m choosing to ride it. I’m choosing to believe everything will work out just as it’s meant to. 🤎
